Abstract


Financial Holding Group is the current reality the financial mixed trend in many countries the choice of system . The frequent financial risks to the financial security of the financial system, much attention has substantial financial resources Financial Holdings Group's financial security has become the core of the problem . However, the country still lack the financial risk of the financial holding group for early identification, measurement , early warning , response to the macro-and micro monitoring system . Select the \In this paper, a combination of research methods of normative analysis and empirical analysis to demonstrate the problem . The theoretical part of the use of energy theory , vector theory , organisms of the three systems theory elaborated Financial Holdings Group's financial risk operation mechanism , including the generation mechanism of the financial risk , conduction content and motivation .
