Abstract


With the economic and social development , Beijing's car ownership increasing , growing urban traffic congestion , public travel is becoming increasingly difficult . How to relieve the Beijing urban road congestion , to better meet the travel needs of the public became the focus of this study . Theory of Constraints is a set of continuous improvement in management theory prevalent in Western countries , has a very wide range of applications . The thought process is one of the three branches of the theory of constraints , a general survey , analysis , problem-solving approach . The universality of the thought process , thinking process used to study the the Beijing urban road traffic problems become possible . Thought process , the beginning of the \and guidance, the four aspects of road traffic management measures in response to the current the Beijing urban road traffic problems . In the application program of thought process , combined with the characteristics of Beijing urban road traffic system , make up the thinking process in the following four aspects : First , the poor condition of the acquisition method ; build Current state consistency test ; seek to reduce the difficulty of the construction of the future state of the tree diagram ; conditions tree diagram reinforcing . In the study of a wide range of applications thought process a little research applied to the field of public service , has not yet been found in the country , in addition to foreign . Breakthrough thinking process applied to the field of urban road traffic , can be said to broaden the field of application of the thought process to a certain extent . In this paper, the theory of constraints thinking procedural law applied to Beijing's urban road traffic system analysis of the Beijing urban road traffic system , the system point of view , a complete solution to solve the problems of the current urban road traffic , to alleviate road traffic congestion in Beijing to meet the needs of the public to travel to important social and economic significance .
