Abstract


Manufacturing and logistics industry linkage development is conducive to the rational use of manufacturing resources, reduce costs, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises; conducive to the adjustment of industrial structure, promote economic development, to achieve a low-carbon economy. International experience shows that the development of the logistics industry is associated with manufacturing. China's manufacturing industry has reached world advanced level, to high-end, digital, service development, manufacturing logistics is an obvious weak link, the logistics industry is not required for the development of the manufacturing sector outsourcing logistics activities to undertake. At present, China's manufacturing enterprises own logistics accounted for 60% -70% of the entire market share. 2008 logistics costs accounted for 18.1% of GDP, compared to the United States about 10% or greater, the proportion of China's logistics costs, the logistics industry has become the bottleneck of the development of the manufacturing industry. From two industry linkage mechanism, tap the underlying causes and propose effective development model, it is very necessary. This paper analyzes the manufacturing and logistics industry development status, specified in the logistics industry to become the bottleneck in the development of high-end manufacturing to the course of development of national manufacturing and logistics industry, according to the United States, Japan and Germany sent to the joint development of China's manufacturing and logistics industry, there are three stage theory (logistics of the prevailing period of the logistics outsourcing, logistics and manufacturing integration stable period), and coupling effects model to determine the stage of development; manufacturing and logistics industry linkage various stages of development inherent linkage mechanism (run-linkage, engagement linkage , coupling linkage), and from the middle and lower reaches of the macro manufacturing and micro manufacturing for the production and marketing point of view of the two-industry linkage mechanism; mechanism based on a division of labor based on the module manufacturing and logistics industry linkage development model, the operating mechanism to ensure manufacturing and logistics run smoothly; Finally, this study used in manufacturing and logistics industry development in Liaoning Province. In this paper, first proposed the joint development of the manufacturing and logistics industry, there are three stages, and joint development of the method determines the stage indicating the internal mechanism of the three stages of development are: run-linkage, the engagement linkage and coupling linkage, against a judgment of two industry linkage in the beginning of the second stage of development, the to propose effective division of labor based on the module manufacturing and logistics industry linkage development model. This study academic research value is reflected in the relevant theoretical system to improve the manufacturing and logistics industry, to enhance the logistics academic research base. The practical application of the value on the one hand, the status quo comprehensive data analysis, decision-making of the government and its relevant departments to provide a theoretical and practical basis; On the other hand, the mechanism analysis and pattern research, leadership and enterprise policies that are good suggestions and countermeasures.
