Abstract


In the construction of eco-industrial park has become an important way for the world to solve the economic development and environmental protection conflict and reduce logistics costs through optimized logistics network of eco-industrial park in the context of \maximize the economic, environmental and social benefits of the unification of the three . Logistics network planning of eco-industrial park is a facility location - path arrangements , including the park functional groups the layout or members of the location of the enterprise , material handling or transportation route design . These two types of problem the main methods used to improve the system layout design . In three aspects of the system layout design improvements to make the method applicable to the settlement of the eco-industrial park logistics network planning : First, to provide data for the evaluation of eco-industrial park logistics network plan and the introduction of the industrial metabolism analysis , logistics analysis method ; second , respectively, for the industry class eco-industrial park , comprehensive eco-industrial park and intravenous eco- industrial park proposed corresponding equivalent amount of logistics measurement methods ; third , in order to overcome the system layout design will all logistics factors and non- logistics the fewer defects factors have combined in the same proportions and the initial program , the non- logistics factors as the correction factor of the system layout design . In order to solve the problem of material transport and handling path arrangement , the eco-industrial park road system , the network approach .
