Abstract


China's accession to WTO, foreign companies to enter the project management to China's engineering consulting industry has brought no small impact . Establish and improve our project management service system for construction project owners to provide high-level, high-quality project management services , is home to the objective requirements of construction projects , but also with international standards of important initiatives. And project management company's success depends on its ability to meet customer , the company must be customer satisfaction and quality criteria to position themselves to compete in today's fierce market development to survive . Therefore, whether the customers or the service providers, satisfaction research is very necessary. This paper describes the project management service and satisfaction theory to determine the project management satisfaction evaluation index system , and project management satisfaction with the results of the empirical analysis . First to China PMBOK as a guide, combined with the actual situation , the establishment of a detailed evaluation of specific project management system, the evaluation system of determining the weights of criteria introduced AHP . Then , for the proposed evaluation system, to design appropriate questionnaire to collect various criteria satisfaction and importance of data . The collected data is first analyzed using SPSS statistical software for data obtained were analyzed by analysis indicators proposed system is optimized. Finally, four graph model and improved project management TSPM rule on the analysis and evaluation of satisfaction and satisfaction measurement for revelation , made ??several recommendations to improve customer satisfaction . Quartile graph model analysis and improved TSPM calculation rule application , drawn both on project management satisfaction analysis conclusion is consistent, proven evaluation system is feasible. Research will evaluate the performance of project management , improve project management company's service level, and enhance the quality of service management efficiency has a certain significance .
