Abstract


Along with the development of global economic integration, the competition between the enterprises has become more and more fierce. Many enterprises carry out logistics outsourcing to improve their core competitiveness, especially the main logistics services industry– manufacturing. In order to find new profit point, it have to concentrate on his own core business and accelerate the pace of logistics outsourcing. In good market opportunities, third-party logistics has developed rapidly.Through the establishment of third-party logistics evaluation system and comprehensive evaluation method,the main purpose of this study is to help manufacturing industry choosing partners in many of the logistics service provider in order to reduce the risk of logistics outsourcing. In the meantime, guide the third party logistics enterprise to seize the opportunities and make strategic, so they integrate the manufacturing supply chain quickly, and progess to the modern logistics.Firstly, this paper reviews the research related to the comprehensive evaluation of third-party logistics enterprise at home and abroad, and introduce the basic theory related in manufacturing supply chain and third-party logistics in order to provide a theoretical basis for the followingr research.Secondly, it analyzes the logistics demand of manufacturing supply chain; summarize business process characteristics of third party logistics enterprise integrated manufacturing supply chain; points out the effect of third-party logistics in the supply chain. All indicate that the results of third-party logistics’s comprehensive evaluation are divided into four categories, and each indicator will be explained. Then the paper constructed the comprehensive evaluation index system.Thirdly, this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation model about logistics enterprise of third-party. It uses three-degree analytic hierarchy process determine the weight of each index, calculates the proximity between a logistic enterprise of third-party logistics been assessed and the ideal enterprise by gray correlative degree, get the comprehensive evaluation results of enterprises by layered calculation.Finally, it uses a specific example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the comprehensive evaluation model about logistics enterprise of special-line transportation, and proposes its corresponding suggestions based on the evaluation results and the requirements of development of modern logistics in order to enhance the logistics development level of the enterprise of third-party logistics.
