Abstract

In recent years, as people gradually deepened understanding of risk, risk management has become an important part of project management. However, the traditional project risk management research mainly on the project's environmental, technical and other mandatory risk analysis, while ignoring the project organizational culture, behavior and other factors caused the main risk analysis and control soft.
