Abstract


Energy is the life of the national economy, which influences the whole development of the social economy, it also is the indispensable material resource of the human beings existence, economic development and social progress, and also it is the important material basis of the construction of the harmonious society. With increasing of the growth and the scale of the economy, the consumption of the energy is increasing rapidly, the restriction of energy and environment become the choke point of the economical persistence development increasingly. So how to decrease the consumption of energy without affect the economy is something important that must be pay attention to.According to the plentiful fruits of former researchers, this paper finds that there are contradictions between the supply and the demand of energy from the forecasting of the supply amounts and the demand amounts of energy, and then the necessity of saving energy is put forward. From the empirical calculating of the six branches in China at 2000,2002 and 2005, the important approaches that are how to decelerate the growth of the consumption of the energy is presented based on the method of input-output, that is the adjusting the industrial structure and the branch structure. That is to say we must scientifically weigh the branch energy consumption per GDP using the index of total intensity of energy consumption. From the various relationships of the input-output coefficients this paper set up the calculating formula of the intensity of energy consumption, concludes that the change of the industries structure and branch structure must be taken into considerations. Finally, it is decomposed that the intensity of the energy consumption according to the factor decomposition technique, and getting the degree of the construction influencing factors and the technique influencing factors. It is found that adjusting structure remains the key point of the saving energy.All in all, we must take active actions at the industrial structure and the branch structure to accelerate the stride of adjusting structure. The conclusion and the suggestion of this paper have the important value for the government to bring some strategy into effect, and this will help to reducing the consumption amounts of energy in the circumstance of the rapid growth of economy.
