Abstract
China’s motorcycle broad market, the product style constantly updated, competition is intense, user needs constant changes, but hasn’t changed the consumers of car comfort, safety requirements, produce more optimal performance of motorcycle. Consumers of motorcycle quality requirements enhances unceasingly. Therefore, solve domestic motorcycle manufacturing enterprise beset the vibration comfort product quality bottleneck problem has become a top priority. Motorcycle comfort refers to: motorcycle in motion have shock and vibration, won’t cause human body uncomfortable, fatigue or even damage the body’s performance. Comfort is in each project performance parameters of the motorcycle numerical, a very important relationship to not only the quality parameters of riding personnel fatigue2 loss, comfort and safety of personnel to ride a motorcycle, will also relates to the fuel economy and combustion efficiency. Along with the needs of the users and the current motorcycle manufacturing technology progress, customers on the motorcycle riding comfort put forward higher quality requirements. So further research and improvement motorcycle riding comfort has broad prospects, and vibration reduction technology is to ensure that the vehicle has good driving the effective guarantee comfort and safety.This article through to build proper motorcycle system dynamics model (including simple intuitive rigid - spring -- damping model and in-depth finite element model), on the motorcycle damping system and riding comfort for dynamic simulation research; In motorcycle riding comfort test evaluation index aspect, is the reference wagon vibration comfort evaluation index and measurement methods, based on the characteristics of motorcycle ride, preliminary evaluative motorcycle riding comfort evaluation index system. And based on the dynamics model based on dynamic performance characteristics LX200GY motorcycle, studies its influence the influence of riding comfort simulation research, the motorcycle reasons for each structure parameters change riding comfort after the change. Preliminary establishment LX200GY motorcycle riding comfort evaluation index parameters and the computer simulation method and testing methods. To realize this motorcycle system dynamics, and in the light of the dynamic simulation Locin knight motorcycle riding comfort car series poor situation, put forward the improvement scheme and implementation of the improved motorcycle, riding comfort for detecting, make its riding comfort by users to existing motorcycle riding comfort level.Through the theoretical research and empirical analysis, find out a series of can effective measure motorcycle damping system comfort index, seek a can timely, accurately identify motorcycle damping system comfort general method.
