The purpose of experimental studies in mouse skin wound healing process of the organization containing the relationship between the variation of the the Jagged the flavin macrophages number of changes and injury time to provide theoretical and experimental evidence for histopathological new method of inference of injury time. Copy mice blunt creator (laceration record) and sharp record (the incised wounds) animal model, application of Prussian blue staining hemosiderin macrophages changes in damaged tissue in the different survival time points. 145 Km mouse and blunt founding group were randomly divided into, and sharp invasive group (experimental group), 70 in each group, and then randomly divided into two groups within the 14 different injury time group (6h, 12h, 1d, 2d , 3d, 4d, 5d, 6d, 7d, 8d, 9d, 11d, 13d, 15d), n = 5; another five injured mice as normal controls. Different injury time, the animals were sacrificed in turn, taken for histopathological observation. Results (1) mice blunt invasive and sharp record different injury time in the gross and histopathological observation were significantly changed. Normal skin tissue in the control group showed no hemosiderin macrophages; experimental group mice blunt creator and sharp invasive tissue repair skin damage zone each time point margin of tissue are visible in varying amounts hemosiderin macrophages, with the control group, there were significant differences (P <0.05). (2) after blunt invasive and sharp record tissue repair process, the margin of tissue damage zone containing closely related to changes in the number of macrophages with hemosiderin histopathological staging; hemosiderin macrophages number gradually increased in the inflammation of the increase of injury time after injury, respectively 5d 7d and peaked later decreased with a further extension of the time of the injury. (3) compared with the sharp invasive group, severe blunt invasive tissue injury, hemosiderin macrophages peak higher peak compared to the the sharps record group, the peak time is also longer. Conclusion: (1) in mice blunt invasive and sharp invasive skin creating more process in damaged tissue hemosiderin macrophages number of exudation and is closely related to histopathological staging, with injury time was typical biphasic changes in the relationship; (2) the damaged tissue containing hemosiderin macrophages and tissue injury type and extent of closely related; (3) of inference: the application of Prussian blue staining hemosiderin in the skin Chuang Chuang more yellow prime number of macrophages changes, may be the development of a new method of the time of an inference tissue damage.
