Abstract


21st century is the information age. Scientific and technological highlighted by information technologies has been changing with each passing day. High-tech results are quickly being turned into productive forces. Knowledge economy predict that human and economic life will change a lot. Fierce international competition and a business enterprise competition is ultimately the competition between people who have the high quality personnel, who will be increasingly keen competition in defeat. From this view of the college students are the mainstay of the country economic construction. Facing with the new era of the new competition, the state, society and business on a higher, and updated requirements for college students.To improve the quality of the college students, is an urgent task for the modernization of education. At present, university students quality evaluation especially a comprehensive quality evaluation also became more weak, the real problem has become an impact on the further strengthening and improving college students quality education work-in a "bottleneck". The current overall assessment of the university exist the following issues such as functional testing indicators out-of-date, and the requirements of the business and society are not satisfied and reasonable. Functional testing indicators to evaluation neglect students’ individual charactersTo build a suite and scientific for college students of the quality system of functional testing, the paper discusses some basic theories and techniques, on’the basis of the factors contributing to build upon a set of appraisal system.On the basis of analyzing information documents and the establishment of a comprehensive system for college students of functional testing.The researches in this thesis were mainly focused on:use of analysis to determine the level of index.system for weight; level of standardization and-normalization made salutary suggestions; using fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method on a comprehensive evaluation studies; a vague bp the nerve network the comprehensive appraisal method,which way to improve efficiency and reduce the evaluation of the subjective factors; the results of evaluations carried out clustering; empirical analysis methods used to evaluate the rationality; the results of the appraisal method and the study of the functional testing are compared; a useful attempt for the effectively implement.
