Abstract


Global Positioning System (GPS) from the date of birth , has been widespread concern in all aspects . It has a global , all-weather , high-precision , real-time , and many other outstanding characteristics , so that it has a very good application prospects in the military , mapping , transportation , environmental protection and atmospheric sounding and many other fields . In research and analysis of the current structure and implementation of GPS receiver signal processing unit , found that the traditional way of the software for navigation and positioning requirements of the microprocessor . On the basis of analysis and research on GPS positioning algorithm , implemented in hardware GPS positioning algorithm in the system as a module in charge of navigation operations . GPS positioning algorithm design the navigation computing module circuit structure , and on this basis a complete front-end design of cell-based-design . The same time, the navigation operation module design some key technologies, such as floating-point data operations , matrix inversion , solving trigonometric functions introduced in detail . After verification, the design can be completed quickly and correctly the GPS positioning operation , and having a high degree of accuracy .
