Abstract

Oil as an important strategic base energy , have an important impact on a country's national economic security . Oil imports , the existence of a large number of imports , centralized source of imports of transport corridors a single , simple way of trade , poor trading environment , and the tremendous trade risk . The article on the problem of high oil prices in the adverse effects on the economy , the status quo of oil supply and demand , the price of oil imports , risks , and should be implemented to diversify the sources and channels of oil imports diversification play the role of the consuming countries to participate in international crude oil pricing carry consuming countries to stabilize the international market , the establishment of a strategic oil reserve system to adapt to China's national conditions , vigorously oil futures trade , improve energy efficiency measures to resolve trade risk , to build a last line of defense policy recommendations for economic security .
