Abstract


Shanghai as China's most important economic and financial city, the traditional base of the development of service industry and the international metropolis located in the forefront of foreign economic and trade exchanges are facing changes in urban development patterns, to enhance industrial competitiveness, accelerate the formation of the industrial structure of the service economy, historic task of building an international economic, financial, trade and shipping center. Comprehensive development of modern service industry and international trade in services is one of the strategic priorities of the economic development in the future, the level of development of international trade in services has not only become an important factor constraining the achievement of the strategic objectives of the \The development of a decisive influence.
