Abstract


The Yangtze River Delta is one of the most active areas of economic development in China, and the coordination of the freight transportation system is an important guarantee for the sustained and healthy economic development. The main content of this paper, through the analysis of the Yangtze River Delta highway and waterway freight development status, the establishment of a system of indicators to measure the level of development of the highway and waterway freight study the coordinated development of highway and waterway freight mode, and propose policies and measures to promote the coordinated development of the freight. The first chapter discusses the need for coordinated development of the Yangtze River Delta highway and waterway freight. Coordinated development of regional economy is to maintain the strategic choice of the Yangtze River Delta economic development.
