Research shows that Siziwangqi ductile shear zone located in the western part of North China Craton is North China Craton and Proterozoic Bayan Obo passive margin boundaries north and south sides experienced a completely different tectonic evolution history . The shear zone along the north side of Big Siziwangqi Suzy - ah expensive - for Ji Tong line was nearly NEE trending , extends about 100km, width 6 8 km. The ductile shear zone mylonite foliation basically stable , the main south-dipping , local north-dipping , dip 50 8 0 °, stretching lineation trending north-east , dip is generally greater than 60 °. From north to south , the whole strength of ductile shear zone deformation belt alternating. Overall, the strong deformation north , south deformation is weak, the strongest middle shear deformation , reflecting the characteristics of the internal structure of shear bands . Basic rocks within the shear zone mylonitized - Ultra mylonitized , developmental Boudinage , \ribbon structure , mechanical twinning , micro- cracking , wavy extinction and other structural characteristics . This ductile shear zone at the macro and micro performance on both the left -lateral shear , so that the shear zone is thrust ductile shear zones , from southwest to northeast Oblique . In dynamics , through the shear stress direction with statistical calculations , the main stress direction nearly north-south direction. Estimates obtained using Subgrains France ancient differential stress is 50.56 Mp, combined creep equation calculated average strain rate of 1.56 × 10 -11 s -1 . Deformation of minerals under the microscope according to the deformation characteristics and mineral composition , the preliminary view that ductile deformation shall occur in the crust depth 11 2 2km, infer that the ductile shear zone metamorphic facies in low greenschist facies , forming temperature is below 500 ℃. Time basis magmatism , deformation characteristics , cutting relationships and geochemical characteristics , combined with regional tectonic movement , that this shear zone formed in the late Proterozoic .
