As China's economic and social development , the growing progress of the industrial and agricultural production , industrial organic wastewater , livestock manure emissions of all types of farms , and urban sewage treatment produced a large number of surplus sludge of today's major sources of pollution , serious harm human health and cause environmental pollution. Effective way to deal with high concentrations of organic matter the the anaerobic fermentation degradation is an ecological benefit by the widespread attention at home and abroad . Regulation of the anaerobic digestion process is affected by the composition of raw materials and a large number of bacteria, fungi and other factors , the reaction mechanism is very complex , the reaction process is not a condition strictly controlled , there is low gas production , and low methane content , so research and exploration anaerobic digestion process , the variation of different fermentation feedstock gas production parameters , seeking the best of the fermentation process conditions and process parameters , is bound to the high concentration of organic matter in the resource , harmless , efficient use of the scientific basis and reference. This paper selects three kinds of high concentrations of organic matter ( organic industrial waste , sludge , pig manure ) configured to different concentrations (10% , 12% , 15% ) , respectively, by a certain percentage in different temperature conditions ( 25 ° C , 35 ° C , 55 ℃), the anaerobic fermentation degradation (25 days) , after its fermentation degradation of COD and gas production was measured , the results were analyzed to select the best decomposition time , concentration , and temperature . Excess sludge digestion tank at a temperature of 55 ° C , the concentration of 10 % of the cases , the degradation time of 5-10 days and 15-20 days , then the anaerobic degradation achieve the best results . Pig farm waste at a temperature of 35 ° C , 15% concentration , the degradation time of 10-15 days and 18-23 days , the anaerobic degradation achieve the best results . Industrial organic waste ( chemicals, paper ) at a temperature of 35 ° C , the concentration of 15% , the degradation of the time in the first 10-20 days , the anaerobic degradation achieve the best results .
