Mesoporous materials , pore size can be adjusted freely within a certain range , and has a high specific surface area and thermal stability , with a wide range of potential applications in the field of adsorption, catalysis, nanotechnology and optical , electrical , magnetic , chemical sensors , etc. thus become one of the many hot research field . Aluminum isopropoxide as aluminum source , cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as structure directing agent in situ synthesis of W-AlPO molecular sieve , using a combination of program template removal agent temperature roasting method has been high thermal stability and a high specific surface area containing WO 3 of the amount of 1 wt %, 3 wt % and 5wt% of the mesoporous aluminophosphate molecular sieves ( W the AlP0 - 1 , W - AlP0 -3 and W-AlPO-5). UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy showed that tungsten oxide is highly decentralized structure of mesoporous aluminum phosphate , mainly in the monomeric state tungsten oxygen of tetrahedral [WO 4 ] 2 - The tungsten content of the highest of the four-coordinate W-AlPO-3 samples . Oxidative desulfurization of diesel , they use a two-phase system , and the reactor is mostly limited to intermittent kettle oxidant is hydrogen peroxide ( H 2 < / sub > O 2 ) , is difficult with oil thoroughly mixed , the thesis oil soluble oxidant peroxide hydroxy cumene (CHP) and tert -butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) as oxidant, oxidative desulfurization reaction is carried out in a continuous flow reactor . Apply the three W-AlPO dibenzothiophene (DBT) with oxidative desulfurization reaction showed a high catalytic activity . In a continuous flow reactor , the CHP - oxidants, three kinds of W-AlPO showed good initial activity , and then gradually inactivation reason may be the reaction system generated organic adsorption on Zeolite active sites , such as the CHP decomposition products the adsorption of phenol . TBHP as the oxidant , the three kinds of W-AlPO exhibit better catalytic activity , especially at 40 ℃ , W-AlPO-3 as a catalyst , and the initial DBT conversion rate reached 100% , and 21h after start inactivation . XRD patterns before and after contrast reaction , the zeolite frameworks no obvious damage . In addition, according to the UV characterization results before and after the reaction , The oxidative desulfurization activity center may tetrahedral [ W-AlPO monomeric state tungstoenzyme WO 4 < / sub >] 2 - < / sup > related .
