Abstract


Methanol to olefins (MTO) reaction is the most promising alternative to conventional oil production of light olefins route emerging process route. As the core of MTO reaction, the catalyst synthesis become the focus of the study. SAPO-34 molecular sieve with its high methanol conversion and excellent ethylene, propylene selectivity become the best catalyst MTO reaction. However, as SAPO-34 molecular sieve pores by its restriction Kong Daorong easily clogged carbon catalyst resulting in a shorter life. So effectively improve the SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalyst life for promoting industrialization MTO reaction has an extremely important significance. This thesis is dedicated to the research SAPO-34 molecular sieve synthesis and modification, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the catalyst life. Thesis examines morpholine (MOR), triethylamine (TEA) and tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide (TEAOH) three kinds of templating agent and vapor transfer (VPT) method for the synthesis of SAPO-34 molecular sieve effect. Goal is to find an inexpensive, simple and stable formulations SAPO-34 molecular sieves, provide a good basis for its modification. Consequently, the surface: (1) in three catalyst synthesized template descending grain size of MOR-SAPO-34> TEA-SAPO-34> TEAOH-SAPO-34; (2) from the long to short catalyst life is TEAOH -SAPO-34 ≈ TEA-SAPO-34> MOR-SAPO-34; (3) although, TEAOH as template synthesis of SAPO-34 molecular sieve longest life, but because the application is not suitable TEAOH expensive, so in order to TEA as template to synthesize SAPO-34 molecular sieve is more suitable for industrial and laboratory applications. (4) VPT synthesized SAPO-34 molecular sieve, resulting in a dispersion medium because of the lack of crystallization is low, the life is short. Paper investigated the Mg, Co, Ni and Mn ions on four metals life of the catalysts, and explore the multi-channel synthesis of SAPO-34 molecular sieve and the application in the MTO reactor. The results showed that: (1) in Mg, Co, Ni and Mn four metals Ions MeSAPO-34 molecular sieve added to make the Mn ions in an acidic zeolite decreased, ethylene, propylene and exhibit improved selectivity longest life. (2) at 350,400,450 and 500 ℃ four kinds of temperatures, MnSAPO-34 zeolite catalyst at 400 ℃ longest life of 7.25 hours. (3) Mn / Al 2 O 3 = 0.01 and the longest life of the catalyst has good ethylene and propylene selectivity. (4) a silane coupling agent TPOAC generation of holes can be referred as a guide template, synthesis of multi-pore SAPO-34 molecular sieve SAPO-34 molecular sieve conventional life compared has increased, ethylene, propylene selectivity will reduced. The paper also examines the SAPO-34 molecular sieve regeneration performance. The results showed that the regenerated three SAPO-34 molecular sieve, whether life or ethylene, propylene selectivity with fresh molecular sieve SAPO-34 is very close, indicating that SAPO-34 molecular sieves with good regeneration properties.
