Abstract


With the promotion of heat metering and charging policy , the Ministry of Construction has launched a pre-season in 2008, heating , office buildings and other government agencies should in principle be completed building heat metering reform, to reach thermal measurement requirements of policy, so some time in the future where heat metering and charging reforms focused public buildings, commercial buildings , residential areas, as well as the heat source heat exchanger stations measured . Focus of this study is to solve the above heating systems , the development of accurate and reliable measurement for heating medium is water trade accounted for the bulk of the heat energy metering device . The main component is the heat meter flow meter, supply and return water temperature sensor and heat Totalizer . Selection of the meter , according to the characteristics of heating systems , respectively, standard orifice meter , venturi flow meter, flow meter and electromagnetic flowmeter pipe heat metering in the scope of application of the research ; supply and return water temperature sensor Pt1000 chosen after pairing platinum resistance temperature sensor ; totalizer function calculus can be used with programmable devices . Selection of reference calorimeter Ministry of Construction issued CJ128-2000 \After the completion of the selection of the calorimeter for heat meter installation, use and maintenance should pay attention to do a presentation , and for the design flow is 20t / h, hot water network DN100 diameter is the measurement of the heat Selection of design calculations and PC software development .
