The patch test was applied at day 11,and clinical evaluation of patch test was conducted at day 14. Intention to treat population was used in data analysis.Result: 55 patients in experimental group and 53 patients in control group showed positive reaction as before, and there was no significant difference in two groups. Conclusion: The inhibitory effect of loratadine in conventional dose on skin patch test reaction allergic to nickel sulfate is limited.
