Abstract


This article from the perspective of multinational corporations , demonstration emphasizes social responsibility is to solve global social problems arising from the process of multinational companies is an important way , and to build on the international legal aspects of the social responsibility of multinational system proposals , efforts to demonstrate the international legal system in response to multinational system of social responsibility requirements for adaptation and institutional building in the face of new topics. Through the first chapter to elaborate the concept of corporate social responsibility and historical review , pointing out that corporate social responsibility is with the economic and social change and change. Currently, the global operations of multinational companies to the international community had a negative impact , multinational corporate social responsibility has become the main point of the international community for the norms of social responsibility of multinational companies there is a demand , and multinational companies joined the trend of social responsibility . The second chapter is about the social responsibility of multinational existing international legal norms . International organizations norms of social responsibility in a multinational company , made a lot of effort , and the formation of a multi-level system of norms , but these norms in force , content, pattern , etc. are present on many deficiencies . In fact, these issues of international economic legal system exists insufficient supply of deep-seated reasons . The third chapter discusses , in the current international economic legislation can not fundamentally change the insufficient supply of the status quo , through new legislation , social responsibility of multinational moderately strengthen current international norms in the field of soft law \multi-level system of norms ordinated, more good results.
