Abstract


This paper describes the background and system structure of TJWX-2006 microcomputer monitoring system developed to complete the switch acquisition machine monitoring system software development work , and the computer monitoring system RAMS analysis . This paper analyzes the switch acquisition machine hardware circuit core embedded processor LPC2292 CAN bus transmission packet format , focus on the design of the switch acquisition machine software modules , data acquisition , lighting , gathering machine with station machine communications and other functions , and tea docking station for field testing . After repeated testing , stability testing data , monitoring portion of the switch eventually successful application to the actual product Microunion . The article also explains the RAMS definition use RAMS analysis TJWX-2006 microcomputer monitoring system significance , RAMS domestic and foreign research status and RAMS fundamental analysis methods , the final contrast , select Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) for the first time on the system reliability analysis and reliability analysis based on availability , maintainability and safety analysis . After RAMS analysis , it is easy to find the weak link of the system , the project which can be used to ensure production quality assurance measures to reduce the probability of fatal failure , to ensure system reliability , availability , maintainability, and security .
