Presently,some cities of south in our country have setting about layout of Warm Supply pipe network.In Water Supply Business, no matter it is static state or dynamic state, it is all related with the geographic position of water pipeline.Designing a Warm Supply pipe network management system based on GIS, which has information synthesis analysis and decision, using computer to do a visible management for space data and attribute data in water supply pipe network, not only the picture and its accompanying essay are both excellent,accuracy and high efficiency,but easy to renew.The most important,utilizing space analysis and model analysis of GIS function, analysizes,counts data and real-time monitoring of pipe network system, when accident is happening, the system can formulate automatically the according plan of doing rush repairs, thus acquire intelligent management targent.This paper adopts one of hot spot of GIS at present component GIS to develop the system, combines GIS with MIS better,gets rid of some problems such as more and more software codes bad alternation between different systems the system is difficult to develop,all these problems emergence due to closed structure of traditional GIS. Components GIS represents the trend of GIS and SuperMapObjects a powerful Components GIS development tool. C# language is the newestcomputer language designed by Microsoft special for Microsoft .NETframework development. Using SuperMapObjects and C# language, the paper developed the jinan warm supply pipeline network geographic information system framework following principles of reliability,practicability, extensibility, security and economy. The system has realized pipe-broken analysis, closing valve analysis, connectivity analysis, vertical section analysis and functions on real-time monitoring and so on. The pipeline network spatial data and attributes date are combined. Not only work together, but also easily updated dynamically. So the system can improve the efficiency and quality of the pipeline and supply scientific support for Co. bureaus administrant decision-making.
