Abstract


Work study is a contemporary scientific technology. With the systemic methods, scientific processes, productive technology and organizational conditions, it can bring us high productive efficiency. This paper analyzes the production of D technology limited company with the use of work study. The optimization of operation process are carried to the component assembly of the electricity cabinet and the equipment was reset according to the research of action studying. Work units of the component assembly and wires connect are divided. And the optimization was done to the Combination type processes of connecting the main circuit cables by Combination type processes analysis. working hours of all working units such as component assembly, cabinet assembly, and wire connect are measured by work measurement. and then the standard working hours of each working units are listed. At last, normal hours of four kinds of EC electricity cabinet were given and the numbers of the EC group are rearranged by the forecasting modes of the exponential smoothing technique.
