Abstract


To carry out research and promote the foundry dust processing foundry industry, energy conservation , building a resource-saving and environment-friendly enterprises is placed in front of the Chinese foundry industry is an important and urgent issue . The papers by actual production workshop of the foundry industry research , and analysis of the foundry pollution , the problems and the impact of dust governance factors engineering , project overview . Practical study of a large foundry casting equipment dedusting process and focus on providing a good working environment for the personnel , improve the production efficiency of enterprise products , integrated automation of the production process , the principle of the practical, economic , casting workshop dust control solutions . For the foundry dust processing , production equipment dust emissions were calculated and analyzed , reasonable optimized piping arrangement , after the selection of the precipitator , filter media and fans and other ancillary equipment selection , design an effective dust removal system . The actual operation of the system : dust collection efficiency gt; 99.8%, the precipitator outlet dust concentrations lt ; 50mg/m3 Ringelmann blackness I reached the design requirements . The design and operation of the process of this study for the same type foundry dust reference .
