Abstract

Objective To study the type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes plasma D-dimer (D-dimer) and fibrinogen (Fibrinogen) different. Methods The 85 subjects were divided into three groups: (1) normal control group: 20 cases; ② hypertensive type 2 diabetic group: 21 cases; ③ The type 2 diabetes and hypertension group: 44 cases. In order to further investigate the blood pressure levels in patients with type 2 diabetes and D-dimer, and fibrinogen, type 2 diabetes and hypertension group is divided into the Sanya groups: ① The level 1 hypertension: systolic blood pressure 140-159 mmHg between 90-99mmHg or diastolic blood pressure: 16 cases; ② The level 2 hypertension: systolic blood pressure of 160-179mmHg or diastolic blood pressure between 100-109mmHg: 14 cases; ③ The level 3 hypertension: systolic blood pressure ≥ 180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 110mmHg: 14 cases. Were measured in plasma D-dimer, and fibrinogen levels and compare the differences between the two groups, the test results data are presented as mean ± standard deviation ((?) ± s), said the groups were compared using ANOVA variance test (using SPSS13.0 Software). Results of D-dimer testing: hypertension in type 2 diabetic group compared with the control group, D-dimer levels were significantly higher, there is a statistically significant difference (P <0.05); 2 diabetes and hypertension group compared with the control group, D-dimer levels were also significantly higher, there is a significant difference (P <0.01): hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension group is also a significant difference (P <0.05). Fibrinogen: hypertension in type 2 diabetic group compared with the control group, the level of fibrinogen was significantly higher, there is a statistically significant difference (P <0.05); 2 diabetes and hypertension group and the control group compared to fibrinogen levels, there is a significant difference (P <0.01): hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension group is also a significant difference (P <0.05). Subgroup analysis of the blood pressure levels: 3 hypertension group and a hypertension group in D-dimer levels statistically significant difference (P <0.05) in fibrinogen levels were significantly different (P <0.01 ) and no significant difference between the other groups. Conclusion Plasma D-dimer, and fibrinogen levels significantly increased in type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension, which may be related to imbalance in the coagulation and fibrinolytic systems, monitoring of plasma D in type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension - dimer, and fibrinogen levels may be important clinical implications for the prevention of thrombotic diseases.
