Abstract


Foreign multi- rope diamond wire saw prices are expensive , difficult to promote and accelerate the research and development of domestic multi - rope diamond wire saw is a very urgent task . In-depth analysis of the function of foreign advanced multi- rope diamond wire saw and granite sand saws , structural features , combined with the sizes of granite blocks on the market , a new multi- rope diamond wire saw cutting technical parameters and performance indicators. Virtual assembly on each module to complete the whole overall design . Example finite element model of the spindle , the in AWE environment of the definition material before processing , meshing , contact setting , loads and boundary conditions applied parallel statics , dynamics and fatigue analysis . Application optimization design ideas, optimize the design based the the variational technique DesignXplorer VT module on the spindle , control CAD model parameters by the AWE parameters Manager , spindle optimal design . For example, to take the initiative to end the lift sleeve module based the experimental design DesignXplorer module to optimize the design process for complex assembly . The purpose of this research is to integrate into the modern design means the introduction of the finite element method , developed with independent intellectual property rope diamond wire saw , while quickly the multi rope diamond wire saw parts parametric CAD modeling and CAE finite element analysis no seam integration , thus speeding up the whole optimization , design of a series to fill the gaps , with the promotion of significance .
