Abstract

ZnO is a Ⅱ - Ⅳ group wide bandgap direct band gap semiconductor materials. Its crystal structure is hexagonal wurtzite structure , there is a natural gap of zinc and oxygen vacancy defects . ZnO is a new multifunctional semiconductor materials, piezoelectricity, electrical conductivity, mass sensibility , gas and other aspects of a good superior performance. In lasers, sensors, solar cells , and so has broad application prospects . ZnO is an amphoteric oxide in solution can cause EMF and current changes. This unique use of the chemical properties of ZnO can be used as a standard test solution pH . PH chemical sensors currently still studying stages of development and one-dimensional ZnO materials research is moving in the practical application development, and therefore the sensing characteristics of ZnO pH has important significance . In this paper, a three-electrode electrochemical deposition equipment systems to ITO conductive glass substrate was prepared ZnO one -dimensional nanomaterials and Co doped ZnO one-dimensional materials, application SEM, XRD, PL, EDS, XPS and other testing methods the sample surface morphology, crystal structure, and luminescence properties of sample components for analysis and characterization . The results showed that prepared by electrochemical deposition of ZnO one-dimensional crystals of good quality material , Co2 has been successfully doped into ZnO lattice which . The use of cyclic voltammetry , analysis ZnO one -dimensional nanomaterials and Co doped ZnO one-dimensional pH sensing properties of materials obtained pH and current, voltage relationship .
