ObjectiveAnalyzing the etiological factor, position and pathogenesis of hepatic cirrhosis, also with Analysis to the clinical report of treatment to hepatic cirrhosis with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, probing the therapy rule determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs. It has guidance to selecting and developing the clinical medication for hepatic cirrhosis with traditional medicine.MethodUtilize literature searching in the theory basis and medication experience of treating hepatic cirrhosis with promoting blood circulation to remove bl ood stasis of ancient great physician, used the keywords as hepatic cirrhosi s / therapeutic rules of traditional Chinese medicine / prescriptionanalysis the thought of syndrome differentiation and drug selection methods.ResultBy searching the literature, we summary the therapeutic methods of tre atment to hepatic cirrhosis. Mainly with invigorating spleen-Qi, dredging coll aterals and removeing blood stasi, smoothing the liver-Qi to relieving the de pressive syndrome, dredging collaterals and inducing diuresis,cleraring away damp-heat, cooling blood and removing blood stasis, warming kidney and reinforcing spleeng, promoting blood circulation and inducing diuresis, nouris hing liver and kidney, And so on. Promoting blood circulation to remove bl ood stasis is first choice. Medicine like Semen Persicae, Flos Carthami,, Radi x Notoginseng, Radix Curcumae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Salviae Milti orrhiae, Carapax Trionycis, carapax testudinis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, bup leuri, Fructus Aurantii etc is commonly used, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiae, Ra dix Paeoniae Rubra, Semen Persicae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Ch uanxiong etc is the most commonly.
