Abstract

Β-cyclodextrin and cup [4] arene two different supramolecular host chemically coupled expect both play to the advantage of the synergies, to make up for their own shortcomings and seek a host compounds with multiple recognition sites . In this paper, the single substituted Calix [4] arene-β-cyclodextrin and double substituted Calix [4] arene-β-cyclodextrin conjugates synthesis and conjugate dye, amino acids, bisphenol A adsorption performance following work: 1.5,11,17,23 - tetra-tert-butyl -25,27 - dihydroxy -26,28 - bis (ethoxycarbonyl yl methoxy) calix [4] arene 2 and of N-(2 - amine acetate yl) - amino-deoxy-β-cyclodextrin by ammonolysis obtain novel supramolecular host single Calix [4] arene-β-cyclodextrin conjugates 5 and bisamide Calix [4] arene-β - cyclodextrin conjugates 6, yields were 79% and 15%. Its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and MS (Maldi-Tof) confirmed. Homemade tert-butylcalix [4] arene -1,3 - dialdehyde derivatives 9a-c and 4, respectively nucleophilic reactions for three yield respectively 60%, 70% and 71% of new supramolecular host single Schiff base calix [4] arene-β-cyclodextrin conjugates 10a-c. Their structure was confirmed by 1HNMR, IR and MS (Maldi-Tof) confirmed. 3 adsorption conditions (stirring time, the initial concentration, pH, adsorption temperature, etc.) the influence of the five pairs of the basic fuchsin performance (QA). The results showed that: 20 ° C under stirring for 2 h, fuchsin adsorption amount basically stable; QA and improve with the increase in the initial concentration, 20 ℃ and 30 ℃, the initial concentration of 140mg · L-1, respectively, and 100mg · L-1 QA changes when stabilized; the better adsorption pH of 7 to 8; adsorption in the range of 10 ℃ ~ 35 ℃, 20 ℃ best results. 20 ℃, the initial concentration of 140mg · L-1, stirred for 2.0 h, the QA of up to 32.3mg · g-1. 5 fuchsin adsorption can be used to describe the Freundlich isotherm equation, respectively for QA = 14.4079Cw is ( 1/2.9630) (20 ℃) ??and QA = 10.0670Cw (1/4.6970). N gt; 1 shows that the five pairs of fuchsin adsorption preferential adsorption. 4 adsorption conditions (stirring time, the initial concentration, pH, adsorption temperature, etc.) the influence of 5 adsorption properties of methylene blue (QA). The results showed that: 20 ° C for 2.0 h, the basic stability of the adsorption amount of methylene blue; QA increased with the increase of the initial concentration, 20 ℃ and 30 ℃, initial concentration of 120mg · L-1 pm QA change stabilized ; pH 9 adsorption better; range of 10 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, low temperature adsorption effect. 20 ℃, the initial concentration of 100 mg · L-1, stirring 2.0h and pH 9 am QA up to 22.7 mg · g-1. 5 can be described by the Freundlich isotherm equation for the adsorption of methylene blue, respectively, QA = 3.8601Cw (1 / 2.4740) (20 ℃) ??and QA = 3.3838Cw (1/2.7871) (30 ℃). N gt; 1 shows that adsorption of methylene blue for the preferential adsorption. 5 studied conjugates 5,10 a-c of L-tryptophan, L-tyrosine, and bisphenol A in the solid - liquid extraction performance. The results show that the conjugate is not ideal extraction effect of L-tryptophan and L-tyrosine 5,10 a-c of the extraction rate of L-tryptophan were 12.5%, 26.5%, 23.7% and 13.3%, the extraction rate of the L-tyrosine, respectively, was 1.57%, 16.5%, 7.55% and 4.84%; conjugate showed higher than 80% extraction rate on bisphenol A, a bisphenol A of 10a to The effect of the extraction. When the concentration of bisphenol A were 2.0 × 10-3mo1 · L-1 and 2.0 × 10-4 mol · L-time, 10a on the rate of extraction of bisphenol A, respectively, 88.5% and 89.6%.
