Abstract


Titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) has high catalytic activity, chemical stability, low cost, non-toxic, and the advantages and oft favor, today is the most studied photocatalyst, its extremely wide range of applications, such as sewage treatment, air purification, sterilization and disinfection, the leather industry, cosmetics and other fields has great potential value. It not only enables the conversion of light energy to chemical energy, and the light in the vast majority of the organic pollutants in catalytic oxidation of water and air, including dyes, surfactants, pesticides, and various refractory biodegradable toxic organic pollutants, degradation The final product is CO 2 the H 2 O and harmless ions. TiO 2 is a wide band gap semiconductor bandgap energy of 3.2 eV, is equivalent to a wavelength of 387.5 nm photon energy, only wavelengths less than 387.5 nm UV excitation will produce a photocatalytic effect , generate strong oxidation and reduction ability holes (h ) and electronic (e - ), these h and e - OH-or the H 2 O combination will produce a strong oxidizing · OH radicals, so many chemical reactions take place. Sunlight in the ultraviolet part of the energy share of only 2% to 4% through surface modification method to improve the the TiO 2 visible light catalytic activity has become a hot research topic photocatalysis, such as metal or non- metal ion doping. This article by sol - gel method-doped TiO 2 , Acid Red B and bisphenol A (BPA) as the target pollutants, the research N, F-TiO 2 photocatalytic activity. Prepared by the three methods of the N, the F.-TiO 2 , respectively marked as N, the F.-TiO 2 (1), N, F-TiO 2 < / sub> (2), N, F-TiO 2 (3), and the light of the three catalytic activity to compare effects of visible light irradiation time, amount of catalyst, the irradiation power, and acidity, etc. the impact of factors on the degradation of Acid Red B effect. The results show that the visible light irradiation 4.0 h, N, F-TiO 2 (1) catalytic visible light irradiation for Acid Red B solution concentration of 10 mg · L -1 , degradation of Acid Red B the best, up to 100%. By the sol - gel Preparation of Ce, N, F-TiO 2 effects of visible light irradiation time, amount of catalyst, irradiation power and acidity and other factors on the effects of BPA degradation. The results show that for a concentration of 10 mg · L -1 of BPA solution, visible light irradiation for 8.0 h, Ce, N, F-TiO 2 catalytic visible light irradiation of BPA degradation effect up to 100%. By the sol - gel prepared Fe, N, the F.-TiO 2 effects of visible light irradiation time, amount of catalyst, irradiation power and acidity and other factors on the effects of BPA degradation. The results show that, for a concentration of 10 mg · L -1 of BPA solution, 4.0 h visible light irradiation, Fe, N, F-TiO 2 catalytic visible light irradiation on BPA The degradation rate of 100%.
