Abstract
The performance parameters of the phosphor screen , the screen light emitting brightness uniformity is the basis and premise of the entire screen performance parameters tested , and its detection difficult because of the subjective factors and the limitations of the test equipment to be objective and accurate . This thesis is involved in the development of the \the requirements of the electron gun , to achieve accurate measurement of the uniformity of the brightness of a phosphor screen emitting . First of all, around the phosphor screen brightness over the uniformity of the image intensifier is the screen luminescence characteristics and performance parameters of the test technology based on the analysis shimmer proposed test fluorescent screen luminescence brightness uniformity . Secondly , based on the theory of electron optics , using MATLAB programming tool , the finite difference method numerical computation and simulation of the electrostatic field in the electron gun of the test system , using the Runge-Kutta method numerical calculation and simulation of electron trajectory , the the system electron gun for testing structural improvements to provide a theoretical basis . Then , through the analysis of different electric field distribution on the electron trajectory , and binding experiments , and gradually improve the structure of the electron gun , to comply with the test system requirements. Finally, from a statistical point of view to analyze the luminous uniformity of brightness of the phosphor screen . The direct cause of the phosphor screen emitting electron excitation , obtained by analyzing the distribution of the electron trajectory under different electric fields falls on the phosphor screen , the light emission luminance characteristics of the phosphor screen , thereby binding experiment to find the best electric field distribution of the faceplate uniform luminous . To prepare for the detection of the emission luminance of the phosphor screen uniformity .
