Abstract

The complex composition of natural products , is an important part of clinical drug chemical . Effective and rational use of natural products resources , extraction, separation , and analysis of the active ingredients in natural products research is particularly important . Capillary electrophoresis analysis of the field of application in the separation of natural products , has its unique advantages . The papers include the following three parts : 1 . Using capillary zone electrophoresis to study the establishment of a ginseng ginsenosides Rg1 , Rb1 and Re separation and analysis methods . Experimental species of the electrolyte , the buffer solution concentration , the proportion of the organic solvent and other factors affecting the separation System . The results showed that 20 mM borax, methanol - water (3:7 , V / V ) as an electrophoretic buffer solution (pH * 9.67), 50μm in the uncoated silica capillary column , using a 18 kV constant separation mode , the detection wavelength 203 nm, ginsenosides Rg1, Rb1 and Re baseline separated within 5 min ,5-150μg / mL range a good linear relationship , the detection limit 5.2-7.3μg/mL ( S / N = 10 ) . 2 . Nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis technique to study the establishment of the separation and analysis methods , Icariin Epimedium China and the DPRK hopane piperidine K and icariside . Optimized electrophoresis conditions : 8 mmol / L borax, acetonitrile - water (6:4, v / v) electrophoresis buffer solution (pH * 11.82), 20 kV operating voltage , 270 nm wavelength detection . In this condition , the three flavonoids in Epimedium baseline separation, detection limit of 0.24-0.84 mg / kg, recoveries of more than 82% . Clinical pharmacology studies to provide reliable detection method for the the epimedium quality control of natural products , bioactive flavonoids . By capillary zone electrophoresis separation and determination of tobacco in three important polyphenolic compounds chlorogenic acid, scopoletin and rutin . Optimal electrophoresis conditions : 20 mmol / L borax solution (15 % methanol ) , pH * 9.35 at a voltage of 15 kV , 25 ℃ , 210 nm UV detection . Under these conditions , 15 min the three polyphenols to achieve baseline separation . The method detection limit is low, a good linear relationship with good reproducibility. Can be used for the accurate determination of the actual tobacco samples chlorogenic acid, scopoletin and rutin three important phenolic compounds content .
