Abstract


As a field of acetochlor herbicide in the world has been widely used. However, it is also an environmental pollutant, also has a large number of application of potential long-term ecological and environmental safety issues. With the holding effect of acetochlor soil types and climatic conditions and different, this difference with acetochlor in the soil ecosystem processes such as adsorption and desorption, leaching, volatilization, photolysis, biodegradation and biological uptake and metabolism are closely related. Among them, the soil adsorption and microbial degradation is affecting environmental effects of acetochlor and the key factors holding effect. Thus, research and clearly acetochlor in different soil adsorption and degradation processes and influencing factors on the scientific application of acetochlor, reducing its environmental risks is very important. One focus of this paper is to study the mineral composition of soil organic matter and soil adsorption characteristics of acetochlor, two studies are focused on the microbial degradation process at different concentrations of acetochlor in the role, and through the soil dehydrogenase acetochlor on soil dynamics indicate the potential environmental risks. The main research contents and results are: (a) by acetochlor adsorption behavior of soils in different studies have shown that acetochlor susceptible to a variety of soil adsorption, Adsorption of soil better able to meet the Freundlich equation, fitting equation have a good linear relationship. The role of microorganisms did not significantly alter Adsorption of acetochlor and acetochlor adsorption by soil organic matter and mineral composition significantly. (2) and compared to non-sterile soil acetochlor in a variety of sterilized soil residues representing a significant increase in non-sterile soil, and not sterile soil acetochlor residues closely with changes in microbial biomass correlation, indicating that the size of microbial activity is a major factor affecting the degradation of acetochlor. (3) In the early stage of incubation, acetochlor on soil dehydrogenase activity produced significant inhibition, and the higher the concentration of acetochlor add more obvious inhibition. No pesticide soil dehydrogenase activity was significantly higher than spraying the soil. Thus, although acetochlor less toxic, but on soil biological and chemical stability of the environment there is still some impact, administered acetochlor, it should be based on soil physical and biochemical properties of local conditions, and to follow the principle of low-volume high, reduce environmental risk.
