Abstract


Sports industry, a kind of organized industry , is to meet consumers’needs and it is a product by modern society. With the deepening reform and opening- up of Jiangsu Province and rapid socio-economic development ,the masses have formed the growing demand for sports entertainment, sports consumer market continued to expand and the sports industry of Jiangsu Province has interred into a rapid development stage. However, for inefficient allocation of human resources , shortage of professional talent, the sports industry of Jiangsu Province has restricted the development of "bottleneck." As the most important endogenous variables of economic development and the commanding heights of the survival and development, the quality of human resources ,to some extent, affect the development of an industry and high quality of human resources ,a necessary element of industrial development, run throughout all stages of industrial development. In light of all about this, the author chose the sports industry human resource development of Jiangsu Province as the object of master’s thesis study.This article has five parts. The first part describes the research background, significance, and related aspects of domestic and international situation; the second part illustrates and defines the basic theory of the sports industry and human resource development; The third part discusses the object of study and research paper method; results and analysis of the fourth part of the study is divided into six large pieces, first, described analysis of the development status of Jiangsu sports industry which is based on the relevant research data on Jiangsu Province Sports Bureau; second, the survey and analysis of the status of Jiangsu sports industry Human Resources ;third, the survey and analysis of the development status of Jiangsu sports industry Human Resources ;fourth, the survey and analysis of the human resources needs of Jiangsu sports industry ;fifth, based on the survey and analysis, putting forward seven problems of the Jiangsu Province Human Resource Development ; sixth, coming up with the proposed strategy of Jiangsu Province Sports Industry Human Resource Development; The last part of the study is the conclusion.
