Abstract


Under the development of society economics and the conversion of education theory, the girl student’s Physical Education gets more and more people’s attention. As the highest level and the last phase of school physical education, college physical education is the important phase to training students taking care of the health and fostering positive physical education thinking. Using the methodology of document literature, investigation, interview and mathematical statistics, this article did the actuality investigation and related analysis to college girl students’attitude and reactive to physical education, to find out the existed problems between college girl students’cognition and exercise conduct of physical education, to provide the reference for college physical education of girl students, and to get stable foundation for lifelong physical education.Research result:1. In High Middle Schools there is obvious discrepancy among students about cognition of physical education and conduct of physical exercise.2. College girl students always have high level cognition to physical education and right assessment to the value of physical exercise. They can understand the importance of physical exercise, but always have low awareness to participate the physical exercise.3. College girl students have comprehensive interests of sport events. They satisfy the current physical education curriculum, but can’t accept the current curriculum choosing mode.4. It shows the diversification of college students’extracurricular exercise but not form to good habit, the heavy study loading and not having enough site facility being the main reasons.
