The solid-phase extraction, key factors that affect the selectivity and sensitivity of the solid phase adsorption material choice, so look for the superior performance of the adsorbent material is a focus of the technology. This thesis is based on access to large amounts of literature, the synthesis of a new type of resin melamine - formaldehyde - triethylene tetramine (MF-TETA), and to be modified, the MF-TETA resin and modified MF-TETA resin As the adsorbent material adsorption performance of trace amounts of gold, silver and palladium. Thereby establishing a new method for the analysis of high sensitivity and high selectivity to detect trace amounts of precious metals gold, silver and palladium, the text reads as follows: 1. Literature review section briefly summarizes the precious metal analysis of the meaning and analysis methods, and resin adsorption material enrichment and separation of research and application in the precious metals. Focuses on the characteristics of the modified material in melamine - formaldehyde (MF) resin enrichment and separation of the application and propose their own topics and research ideas. Formaldehyde cross-linking agent, melamine, triethylene tetramine resin for the synthesis of a new type of melamine - formaldehyde - triethylene tetraamines (MF-TETA) separation, the the MF-TETA separation resin of trace Ag ( Ⅰ) the separation and enrichment of performance, the principle of the the MF-TETA separation resin adsorption of Ag (Ⅰ) and the best conditions. Static saturated adsorption capacity (Q_s) 32 mg / g, the limit of detection (LOD) of Ag (Ⅰ) 16 ng / mL (3σ, n = 11), used in Chinese herbal medicine Trace Ag (Ⅰ ) the determination of satisfactory results. Under dynamic conditions as a means of detection MF-TETA resin as the stationary phase, FAAS, discussed in detail the MF-TETA resin adsorption performance of trace amounts of Au (Ⅲ), System affect MF-TETA resin for Au (Ⅲ ) adsorption and elution of the main factors such as pH, flow rate, and the linear range of the method is 0.02 ~ 9.0μg/mL, the limit of detection (LOD) of 3.38 ng / mL (3σ, n = 11), this method is used successfully in The determination of trace amounts of Au (Ⅲ) in water samples. The flow injection online preconcentration and atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) associated with the preparation of micro with MF-TETA resin adsorption column, a systematic study of the MF-TETA of miniature resin adsorption column adsorption performance of Pd (Ⅱ). PH 5.0, flow rate of 2.5 mL / min, the sampling time of 120 s; then eluted with 0.16 mol / L thiourea 0.4 mol / L HCl mixed solution, FAAS detection. This method is used for determination of trace amounts of Pd (Ⅱ) catalyst, with satisfactory results. With rhodanine MF-TETA resin modified, a MF-TETA-Rhodanine was formed chelating resin, and as the adsorption material, atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) detection means, System MF-TETA - Rhodanine resin adsorption properties of Au (Ⅲ). Detailed examination of the impact of Au (Ⅲ) adsorption and elution of the main factors to determine the best experimental conditions. Method limit of detection (LOD) of 2.35 ng / mL (3σ, n = 11), and the standard deviation (RSD) was 2.2%. This method is successfully used for the Determination of the slag Trace Au (Ⅲ).
