Abstract

In the solid phase extraction process, the key is to select a separating material, which is affecting the analysis of the important factors of selectivity and sensitivity. Therefore, the technology research is to choose one of the hot new adsorbent materials with superior performance. The papers in the literature review on the basis of the hydrothermal method the mesoporous TiO 2 and its modification. FAAS determination means to systematically study the mesoporous TiO 2 and its adsorption properties of the modified material of trace amounts of heavy metals, which were established the determination of trace amounts of heavy metals cadmium, copper and lead new methods. The main content of the study are as follows: 1 summarizes the chemical separation enrichment technology in recent years, as well as adsorption material in the detection of heavy metals in the analysis and application. Focuses on the synthesis, properties and applications of mesoporous materials, mesoporous titanium dioxide separation and enrichment - the atomic absorption method for the determination of trace Cd, Cu, Pb, the new method. Own synthesis of the adsorbent material mesoporous TiO 2 , and characterized them using FAAS detection means, the systematic study mesoporous TiO the 2 under static conditions The adsorption properties of the heavy metal cadmium, static saturated adsorption capacity (Qs) is 57.8 mg / g. The linear range of 0.05 5μg/mL relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.0%; Cd (Ⅱ) The detection limit of 23.3 ng / mL, the recoveries in 94.0 102.5% between this method is applied to the determination of trace cadmium slag samples with satisfactory results. 3 to mesoporous TiO 2 , stationary phase, using FAAS detection means to explore the mesoporous TiO 2 trace copper adsorption performance under dynamic conditions, the system study influence a mesoporous TiO 2 Cu (Ⅱ) adsorption and elution of the main factors, dynamic adsorption capacity of 7.50 mg / g. The method detection limit (DL) of 0.698 ng / mL, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.5%, spiked recovery was 95.8 , 101%, the method used for food crops for determination of copper, satisfactory results. Modified mesoporous TiO 2 prepared load the PMBP mesoporous TiO 2 , using FAAS as a means of detection of supported mesoporous TiO 2 adsorption properties of trace amounts of lead in the dynamic conditions, dynamic saturation adsorption capacity of 9.86 mg / g. The linear range of 0.1 8.0μg/mL, the method detection limit (DL) of 0.533 ng / mL, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.15%. Recoveries 96.0 101% between the methods used in the determination of trace lead in environmental water samples with satisfactory results. Load load 1 - phenyl - 3 - methyl-4 - benzoyl - pyrazolone -5 (PMBP) mesoporous TiO 2 as the stationary phase, a systematic discussion of flow injection conditions under load PMBP mesoporous TiO 2 adsorption performance of heavy metals cadmium, detailed examination of the impact load PMBP mesoporous TiO 2 Cd (Ⅱ) adsorption and elution factors, determine the best conditions. The method detection limit (DL) of 2.61 ng / mL, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.13%, spiked recovery was 97.4 , 102%, the method is applied to trace cadmium in cigarettes samples with satisfactory results.
