Abstract


This thesis focuses on structural dynamic design of a multiple rocket launcher with the theory of structural dynamics and nonlinear finite element, to improve the accuracy of the launch system.The main contents include the following aspects:①Based on full comprehension of structural principles of launching system, finite element model of the multiple rocket launcher is set up by use of finite element software. In order to save calculation, the model is reasonably simplified.②By established finite element model, dynamic response is calculated with different thickness of launching guider. The effect of launching guider thickness on initial disturbance is analyzed to determine reasonably thickness.③Frequency domain property is analyzed for collision force of rocket and launching guider. The collision signal is changed into frequency characteristics by FFT. The frequency is contrasted with fundamental frequency of launching system to avoid resonance.④Thermal effect of exhaust flow which is from engineer to launching guider is analyzed. The temperature of launching guider is calculated when the rocket run-off track, and then the change process of temperature with time is analyzed.⑤Launching process of the entire model is analyzed. According to vibration property of the launching guider foreside after the first single group rockets firing, a suitable firing interval is confirmed. Then the vibration of launching system from salvo is studied to verify the rationality of the firing interval.
