Abstract


In this paper, through the analysis the the turbogenerator stator winding end vibration condition monitoring technology applications as well as the end of the stator winding Vibration Research , developed a turbine generator stator winding end vibration monitoring system , to achieve the stator winding end real-time vibration data acquisition, display , storage, analysis , alarm and other functions . The main content of the paper , including the end of the stator winding vibration data collection and transmission system based on LabVIEW8.5 language and SQL Server2000 database development , data analysis system . The paper first describes the structural characteristics of the the turbogenerator stator winding end , the forces of the stator winding end and by twice the operating frequency of the vibration mechanism and the stator windings end vibration characteristics obtained if the stator winding end vibration amplitude is too large , it will produce great harm to the normal operation of the turbine generator safety ; then build the overall structure of the online monitoring system using acceleration sensors , and Rui Bohua RBH8351 acquisition card FOA-100 fiber core data acquisition and transmission system to complete the data real-time multi- channel parallel acquisition , transmission , complete with a PC through the USB interface communication , complete data upload ; Finally, the use of data analysis system for real - time analysis of the vibration characteristics of the end functions including signal acquisition the pretreatment , channel parameters set real-time alarm , vibration signal time domain to the frequency domain analysis , bar graph display , vibration trend analysis , historical data query . The resulting research has certain reference value for vibration online monitoring of the the turbogenerator stator winding end and positive significance , and to provide new ideas for online monitoring of turbine generator stator winding end .
