With the development of the power system , the turbine generator shaft torsional vibration is becoming more prominent. Power system fault and operation mode change are likely to have a greater impact on the grid , sparking unit shaft torsional vibration . The the analysis grid impact of the unit shaft torsional vibration response characteristic of great significance to ensure the safe operation of the unit . Oriental 300MW Turbine Generator Shaft Torsional Vibration physics simulation machine as the research object , the establishment of a simulator shafting multi lumped mass model . Riccati transfer matrix method has been improved, and the method of using the improved algorithm and Holzer shaft torsional vibration inherent characteristics , the result is consistent with the measured results . Newmark-β incremental method and Riccati transfer matrix combined solution shafting torsional vibration response . Newmark-β time step linear hypothesis , proposed the elimination of the linear cumulative error method , the establishment of the shaft torsional vibration transient response to solve the model , the simulator several typical grid impact torsional vibration response characteristics. The analysis results show that : the degree of several typical grid impact can arouse shaft torsional vibration natural frequency ; throughout the shafting torsional vibration response , the generator rotor and the response of the low-pressure cylinder rotor at the generator rotor at the most serious ; shaft torsional vibration response caused the greater the size of the response and the position of the shaft section , depending on shaft segment specific analysis can not simply determine which grid impact . The paper analyzes the Torsional Vibration machine of mechanical and electrical systems , electrical , network model , model of the torsional vibration electromechanical unified . EMTP-RV simulation software to further study of the grid under the impact of torsional vibration response simulation analysis , the response to the results obtained with the Newmark-β incremental method and Riccati transfer matrix combination results consistent unit shaft torsional vibration provides a theoretical basis .
