Abstract


For Northeast plague in 1910-1911 , mostly concentrated in the overview of the whole picture of the plague , including the occurrence of plague , spread , government, society , and the response of the people and the social impact of research . From the point of view of the northeast plague during rumors , the use of social psychology methods to thematic studies northeast plague . The paper is divided into four parts , first expounded northeast plague caused panic , including social panic , the population of a large number of deaths caused by the plague caused panic commercial and foreign nationals . It was in such a panic that produce a variety of rumors, so then this article specifically investigated was generated efforts to deal with rumors and parties , focusing on \rumors to research the historical facts . In addition, from a geographical point of view , respectively discourse was northeast of rumors and Tianjin, Shanghai produce and respond to rumors . Subsequently , the paper analyzes the rumors generated by a variety of reasons , including the northeast lack of knowledge of public health , the resentment of the people of the Russo-Japanese hardline epidemic prevention measures , the product of modernization newspapers and railway communication role , Northeast yellow day teaching and spreading rumors to incite the culprits .
