Abstract


As the electric power system market reform, power generation enterprise facing market environment has changed enormously. In order to adapt to the new situation of the market demand, electricity companies need to change the original management mode and management ideas, improve the management level of the enterprise. Construction development management information system, the full implementation of the enterprise information construction, is a important way. Based on the management information system of power plant examples of project development, according to the characteristics of power generation enterprises, through research industry power plant management information system function design and development process of project management, using theory of its development process, this paper presents a deconstructed relatively practical suitable for power generation enterprise Information Systems' dissertation">Management Information Systems development mode of management, in order to similar power generation enterprise the information construction help. Firstly, the paper introduced the topic to choose a background of management information system, and then it introduced the present situation and development at home and abroad. Secondly, this paper introduced the basic theories of management information system of knowledge, including management information system concept, system and the function of various specific goals. Then, based on the actual situation of plump it designed the management information system for the plant. Information is not only a technological change management innovation and enterprise, but also how whether using the technology and management method, its ultimate purpose is to achieve enterprise strategy. So the information construction plan will revolve around each level is expounded, mainly divided into the following several parts: network foundation hardware facilities, production management information system construction, ERP management system construction and administrative management information system construction. Finally, according to the plump and smooth-skinned plant information system combined with the situation of the construction of the power generation enterprise information, this paper puts forward the main problems facing the future generation enterprise information system construction about development trend.
