Abstract


Power resources to speed up the pace of urban development as well as to improve the living standards of residents , play an extremely important role . However, with the commercialization of power resources , stealing more and more serious . The software include a self- learning unit , students training unit , a self-test unit knot lesson exam unit , the data browser unit and system maintenance unit six function modules . In the area of ??training , according to the selected stealing , simulation of single -phase , three-phase electronic energy meter . At the same time , the system automatically generates or draw a wiring diagram and vectors and consistent with the stealing of principle in the case of correct wiring diagram for trainees comparison, and complete the correct wiring calculated with the current way of stealing electricity . To achieve a combination of theory and practice in teaching , to simulate the real scene investigation stealing . Software maintenance , in order to ensure the usefulness of the system , the system text , picture information content interface, teachers needed to update its contents . Three aspects , the six functions complement each other , making the Stealing simulation training system to become an effective tool of the power sector personnel training and assessment .
