Abstract


This thesis focuses on the electricity supply enterprise management status quo of the existing mode of payment collate detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various payment modes , research and development of the electricity comprehensive management system for a variety of ways payment . The system to the Gaoyang supply company electricity bills a variety of ways , payment to the development of integrated management system for the study of the background , in the full study, based on the specific circumstances of the the Gaoyang supply company , in accordance with the goal of building the system , the system is divided into five modules , and each module features a detailed needs analysis , based on the needs analysis results for each module of the design goals of the system , the main framework of the system and the function of the system description . Then compared by the analysis of the existing development tools and development languages ??to determine development tools using the Java language , the back-end database using Oracle 10g, research and development of the business hall of timely payment module tariff power purchase card payment module , IC card sale the meter payment module , POS, payment module , power self-service payment terminals payment module . Finally, details the main functions of the system implementation and operational processes of the various modules . The electricity bill way payment management system to achieve the diversification of forms of payment , and between the various payment methods complement each other, complement each other in order to achieve the effect of the system while seamlessly with the existing MIS system linked to further expand the electricity bills to pay way more convenient , quality service for the majority of electricity customers .
