In this paper, a numerical simulation study wind turbine gearbox shafting torsional vibration characteristics . First , the analysis of wind turbine gearbox shaft movement to pass the law , the the entire planetary axle Department simplified multiple massless rigid disc spring connection , transfer matrix and point transfer matrix expression to the appearance and shafting the sports equivalent as specified shafting movement of given wind turbine gearbox planetary axle torsional vibration analysis of the transfer matrix model . Secondly , the use of SolidWorks to create the three-dimensional model of the planet carrier , meshing into ANSYS software , from the planet carrier of the finite element analysis model to calculate the torsional stiffness of the planet carrier and the equivalent moment of inertia , and the number of units and the wall thickness of the carrier equivalent torsional stiffness and the moment of inertia of the impact of the law ; using MATLAB software , the preparation of the wind turbine gearbox shafting torsional vibration analysis program , simple shafting and a complex shafting transmission system torsional vibration characteristics analysis , to verify the accuracy of the procedure . Finally , based on the design parameters , the establishment of a 750kW wind turbine gearbox transmission system model using MATLAB program compiled torsional vibration characteristics of the gear box model to calculate the natural frequency of the transmission system and its main modes , and study and change the the planets round of the wall thickness of the natural frequency of the system .
