Abstract


Gas - steam combined cycle power generation technology is an important , and its high power generation efficiency , peaking performance , environmental pollution , low investment and short construction period , the rapid development at home and abroad . For further optimization of the combined cycle unit run way to improve the economy of the unit , and the establishment of performance calculation and analysis model has important practical value . A triple-pressure reheat HRSG combined cycle unit , functional model of the integration process of model - based development platform (IMMS ) developed the plant supervisory information system (SIS) software ; engineering modular modeling method compressor, combustor , gas turbine , waste heat boiler and steam turbine equipment and system performance computing model were established , such as : the compressor pressure ratio , efficiency of waste heat boiler , steam turbine efficiency ; performance - unit number the law established a waste heat boiler of various types of heat exchanger performance computing model , and the development of the algorithm module , a certain load conditions , small perturbations of the gas turbine exhaust temperature , the gas turbine exhaust temperature combined cycle unit affect and change the relationship between the main parameters of the steam power system ; application of thermal economic analysis \credibility impact of factors such as the selection of the performance calculation model output data on SIS , and the SIS output data of the confidence level of classification . In this paper, the performance - based calculation and analysis model , the development of combined cycle units online performance analysis software , can help provide for the optimal operation of the unit .
