Abstract


MBA education in China from 1991 admissions so far, the MBA training institutions approved by the Office of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council has reached 127. In the 17 years of the course of development, China's MBA education around the needs of the times \Shoulder the important task to train a large number of qualified management personnel for the construction of China's market economy, in line with China's actual situation, adapt to the socialist market economic system and international standards of management education mode of education is gradually formed on the basis of reform and explore. MBA Education Colleges diverse forms and school types, the overall strength of the institutions and school conditions uneven, and there are many inadequacies in the MBA recruitment way, MBA education curriculum, MBA education teaching methods. U.S. MBA education was founded in 1908, a hundred years since the founding has flourished, the far-reaching impact on the social, economic. Changes in a century, MBA education has gradually matured, and the formation of a more perfect education system. It is based on economics and the structure of knowledge across different fields of economics, natural sciences, humanities, and combine. The study covers the different aspects of the operation of the enterprise economy, fully embodies the typical characteristics of the market economy. Identify relatively only, therefore, in the case of education in an increasingly competitive, how to improve the quality of our MBA school is a major challenge that we face. This article by comparing the Sino-US MBA education, aimed at discovering the problems existing in the MBA education in China in the development of realistic, system analysis and comparison study to find a rational core, in order to provide for the development of MBA education in China Experience, the MBA education in China development strategy more rationalization, standardization and scientific, so as to promote the development of China's MBA education to the healthy, orderly direction.
