Abstract


Habermas, a scholar of Frankfurt school, deem that mass media, as the forum of expression and the platform of communication, undertake the irreplaceable function in the public sphere. Since 1978, media in China underwent great changes and exert positive effect, especially in aspect of the free communication of the information、the supervising of the public opinion and the public participating. Therefore, a great number of the internal and foreign scholars begin to use the concept of the "public sphere" in order to inspect and analyze the role and the function、the influence of the Chinese mass media.Through the 30 years development, the mass media is getting ever mature. It effect is getting more and more distinctive. In the numerous medium, You Talk of the Changsha Evening Paper provides a perfect example for analysis the public discourse space because of its special form and the mode of communication. On the basis of the cognition, this paper , which base itself upon the theory "public sphere"、demonstrate the target of You Talk. and use the point of view of the sociological and mass communication, intensively analyze that You Talk construct the public discourse space. Then I conclude a sort of suggestion for the construction of the space. The structure of the paper reads as follows: Firstly, the paper introduces the thought of Habermas about the theory of "public sphere" . Secondly, the paper not only analyses the public discourse sphere of You Talk but also respectively expound the social surrounding、the condition and mode of construction、train of thought for construction. Finally, with the concrete practice of the You Talk, the paper that direct at the pressure of the construction the public discourse sphere in reality obtains some suggestions.
